Henrique Miguel Fernandes Guerreiro started to undertake at a very young age. At the age of 18, he already had his first IT company in Portugal.
Shortly afterwards, he migrated to work with his father in the family’s business group, in Portugal and Brazil, a country where he visited frequently, in search of new businesses.
At the end of 2002, he made the decision to move permanently to Brazil, where he worked in real estate and shrimp farming, businesses that his father was developing in Brazil.
However, his experience in the business world shortened his stay in Brazilian lands. Six years later, he returned to Portugal and opened Alpha Pescados Ltda. , operating in the same branch of shrimp farming, providing advice on shrimp farming to other entrepreneurs and distribution of fish.
In 2010, it closed an excellent partnership with a British group, the Land Asset Group, operating in the sale of real estate investments, namely lots of high-value land, having sold more than 2,000 investments in lots and generated more than 200 million BRL in revenue during this short period of 2 years.
During this time, even without so much experience in other segments, Henrique Guerreiro began to invest in different sectors of activities, in addition to those he already operated, such as, for example, in the clothing, construction, alcoholic beverages, tourism and timeshare sectors , between others.
The fall
An unexpected fact was severely detrimental to the businessman’s recent business: The Land Asset Group declares bankruptcy. Soon, Henrique found himself totally without resources, as he depended financially on the prosperity of his partnership with the British. Then, in 2015, he got into debt and bankruptcy.

Two years later, the comeback has arrived. Henrique returned to his peak, when he decided to return to entrepreneurship and opened companies such as Omega Assets Management Investimentos Imobiliários Ltda, Eco Energy S/A, of renewable energies, the company Beta Construções e Incorporações Ltda, which is dedicated to construction and incorporation of developments.
Henrique also reactivated the companies PR Group and Alpha Pescados.
Today, the businessman is also starting new projects for a company focused on the import and distribution of building materials, flooring and hardware.
Another major project is the development of a company in the tourism sector, however, details cannot yet be revealed, but the project promises to attract investments and returns of more than 50 billion reais to Ceará.
